At Kilter Hypnotherapy, I work at the intersection of sports performance and pain to help athletes break free from pain, train consistently, and hit personal bests again, all while keeping your body and mind in balance.
I work with clients with packages – a number of sessions bundled together working towards a goal we agree on together.
All packages are a blend of hypnotherapy, CBT, mindfulness and somatics, and all packages can be tailored to you and your goals.
All packages can be paid up-front or in instalments and are the same price either way – I don’t believe in punishing people for their financial situation!
Before we agree on a package, I do a free 15-minute consultation so we can agree together on goals and make sure we’re a good fit.

I generally work in packages of 6 to 8 sessions, tailored to your goals.
For one-off sessions, I work on a sliding scale of £45/£60/£75 per hour.

Pick the rate that works for you – no questions, no judgement. Pay what you can afford, and if you’re unsure just go for the middle.
